It works just fine on the following configurations:

Windows 2000 Pro (with latest Service Pack and updates, and IIS 5.0 or better)

• Debug ASP both remotely and locally
  • Enables advanced local and remote ASP debugging and editing featuring advanced form debugging and line numbering
     
• Consists of two parts - Client and Server
  • Install Team Remote ASP Debugger PRO FULL Client on your desktop
  • Install Team Remote ASP Debugger PRO FULL Server on your remote server
  • Client part doesn't require IIS 5.0 (or better) installed
  • Server part requires IIS 5.0 (or better) installed

Requires modern machine with at least 2Gb of memory and 2Ghz of CPU clock

Additional Information:

• No special rights needed to run, i.e. no need to add a user to debugger users group, etc.
   
• It doesn't not use standard debugging technologies, that means
  No ports or dcom configuration or any other non-sense
   
• You even don't need to enable server side debugging with it! It should be disabled in fact.
  Therefore it doesn't block other users to browse your site and other developers to debug at the same time. It doesn't use standard technologies therefore it allows remote debugging and team remote debugging.
